Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Minnesota Vikings Postgame Notes (9/24/17)

- On Tampa Bay’s opening possession of the game, QB Jameis Winston helped drive the team 53 yards in eight plays, setting up a 40-yard field goal by K Nick Folk. Winston went 5-of-5 on the drive, for 50 yards.
 
- KR Bernard Reedy recorded a 50-yard kickoff return in the third quarter, the team’s longest kickoff return since 2012 (Arrelious Benn, 55 yards, at New York Giants, 9/16/12).
 
- Following Reedy’s kickoff return, Tampa Bay drove 46 yards in six plays, lasting 3:38, with QB Jameis Winston connecting with TE Cameron Brate on a 15-yard touchdown.
 
- The touchdown reception was the first of the season for Brate and the 12th of his career. His 12 career touchdown receptions rank third among tight ends in team history.

The touchdown reception was Jackson’s first with the Buccaneers and the 47th of his career.
 
- That 25-yard touchdown reception was Jackson’s 35th touchdown catch of at least 25 yards since entering the league in 2008, the most of any player during that time.
