Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Washington Redskins Postgame Notes (8/31/17)

- On the first drive of the game, with Washington facing third-and-seven from Tampa Bay’s 44-yard line, Buccaneers LB Kendell Beckwith recorded his second sack of the preseason, dropping Redskins QB Nate Sudfeld for a one-yard loss.
 
- With Washington facing fourth-and-one on Tampa Bay’s 24-yard line, Tampa Bay’s defense forced an incompletion from Redskins QB Nate Sudfeld.
 
- In the third quarter, Tampa Bay registered the first takeaway of the game, when Buccaneers LB Cameron Lynch forced a fumble from Redskins RB Mack Brown, which was recovered by DE Mehdi Abdesmad.
 
- Tampa Bay scored the team’s first points of the game in the fourth quarter, after K Zach Hocker connected on a 47-yard field goal to cap a 10-play, 46-yard drive lasting 4:08.
