BUCCANEERS ACTIVATE QB RYAN GRIFFIN FROM INJURED RESERVE, WAIVE CB DEJI OLATOYE
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that the team has activated quarterback Ryan Griffin from Injured Reserve and waived cornerback Deji Olatoye.
Griffin (6-5, 210) has been with the Buccaneers since 2015. The Tulane product spent the 2015 & 2016 seasons on the team’s active roster, but did not appear in any games. After being placed on Injured Reserve on September 4, Griffin began his 21-day practice eligibility window on October 18. He is the first player that the Buccaneers have Designated for Return from Injured Reserve this season. The Westlake Village, California native wears No. 4 for Tampa Bay.
