BUCCANEERS PROMOTE WR BERNARD REEDY FROM PRACTICE SQUAD; PLACE WR DONTEEA DYE ON INJURED RESERVE

Team Also Signs WR Kendrick Ings to Practice Squad
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that the team has promoted wide receiver Bernard Reedy from the practice squad to the active roster and placed wide receiver Donteea Dye on Injured Reserve.
 
Reedy (5-9, 175) was signed to the team’s practice squad on December 9 and spent this past offseason and preseason with Tampa Bay. The St. Petersburg, Florida native originally entered the league as a college free agent with the Atlanta Falcons in 2014. Reedy, who played collegiately at Toledo, wears No. 18.
 
The team also announce that wide receiver Kendrick Ings (5-10, 180) has been signed to the practice squad. Ings spent time on the Detroit Lions’ practice squad in 2015 and has played professionally with the Tampa Bay Storm and the B.C. Lions. He will wear No. 14 for the Buccaneers.
