BUCCANEERS RELEASE K CONNOR BARTH

Team Also Waives DE Martin Ifedi; Signs 19 College Free Agents
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that the team has released kicker Connor Barth.

“Connor has been a productive and efficient kicker in the league over the years and I know he still has plenty of kicks left in his career,” said Buccaneers General Manager Jason Licht. “This past weekend we drafted Roberto Aguayo because we believe he is special and we decided to release Connor in order to give him the best opportunity to explore the market and find the best situation for himself. We would like to thank Connor for all that he has done both on and off the football field during his time as a Buccaneer and we wish him continued success in the future.”

Barth spent the 2015 season with Tampa Bay, connecting on 23-of-28 field goal attempts and 25-of-26 extra points. Barth also spent 2009-12 with Tampa Bay and in his Bucs career has made 114-of-136 field goal attempts and 135-of-136 extra points.
